Conditions:
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission
to make purchases with A+ Serpents.You must be available to take
delivery of your animal(s) on the pre-arranged date, time, and place.We cannot
be held responsible for un forecasted changes in the weather during
transit. Also we cannot be held responsible for carrier related issues.
We reserve the right to decline a sale if we feel it is in the best
interest for our animal.
Trades: On trades
all anamils will be shipped after your anamial has been revived and
inspected for heath any other issues.
Payments:
Payments must be made in full before animals will be shipped. We accept
cashiers checks. Personal checks must be cleared before shipments
will be made (usually 2-3 weeks).
Deposits/Payment
Plans:
A 25% deposit is required to hold an animal for up to two weeks. We
are open to working out payment plans on high end purchases, please
inquire. All deposits are non refundable.
Shipping:
All of our Animals are shipped UPS thru "Ship
your reptiles"overnight delivery
We ship in styrofoam insulated box's, and heat or cold packs added
as needed. Tracking numbers are provided so you may check the status
of your package online.
We reserve the right to delay shipping
due to extreme weather conditions (below 40 F or above 90 F.) If you
insist on shipping during extreme weather, we will not guarantee live
delivery.
Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and
Wednesday for delivery on the following day.
Guarantees:
All animals are guaranteed to be 100% healthy and feeding well at the
time they are shipped. In the unlikely event an animal does arrive
dead, please contact us immediately and save the body and box to
be shipped back to us or digital pictures may be sent to us within
24 hours. We will gladly attempt to replace the animal, or refund
your money (except shipping) if a replacement is not available. If
we do not hear from you within 24 hours of delivery, we will assume
all animals arrived safely.
Genetics are Guaranteed for the Trait
stated on there profile. A Sighed picture of all animals Heterozygous
for said trait will also be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse a guarantee
due to improper care or husbandry.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders canceled after deposit or payment is received
are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
